In my role as an educational leader, I have dedicated my career to fostering inclusive, supportive, and effective learning environments. With over a decade of experience as a Principal and my current position as the Associate Director of Student Services, I have honed a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges faced by educators today.
My journey has been marked by a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development. I have successfully implemented Multi-Tiered Systems of Support and spearheaded trauma-sensitive schooling initiatives, ensuring that all students, especially those with special needs, receive the guidance and resources they need to thrive. As an Intensive Special Needs Specialist, I have developed tailored programs that empower students and promote resilience, a skill set I bring to my coaching practice.
